Works well for streaming

I got the personalVPN service mainly for streaming. It works as expected. Setup was quick. Speeds are decent. One server I tried was a bit slow, but others were fine.

Always reliable service

I've been using PersonalVPN for years now, mostly the basic plan. This time I renewed my annual subscription and it was just as smooth as always. I use it on my Mac and Android without issues. It's consistent; I haven't had any unexpected drops or slowdowns compared to my previous years. Their customer support has always been responsive if I ever had a billing question. I keep coming back because it just works, though I wish they'd offer a dedicated IP Address as part of the basic package.

Good VPN, easy setup

I ordered the personalVPN Pro service last month, mostly for traveling. The setup guide for my Windows laptop was pretty straightforward, took maybe 10 minutes. Speeds have been consistently good, even when I connected from a hotel Wi-Fi. I used their live chat once because I had a question about changing server locations; the agent was helpful and quick. The only minor thing was that setting it up on my iPhone was slightly less intuitive than on the laptop, but I got there eventually. Overall, a solid service for privacy.

Good VPN, quick setup

I purchased the personalVPN Pro service for 2 years. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received the confirmation email almost instantly, and setting up the VPN on my Windows laptop and Android phone was quite simple using their guides; took about 10 minutes total. Speeds have been consistently good for browsing and streaming, though I did notice a very slight slowdown when connecting to servers far away. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about server locations, replied within a few hours. Overall, a solid service for privacy.

Decent value, few quirks

I got the personalVPN Basic for a year. It's a decent VPN for the price, especially compared to some of the bigger names. Setup for my desktop was quick. I noticed some buffering on Netflix occasionally when connected to certain servers, which was a little annoying. Support was responsive when I contacted them about it, suggesting I try different servers. It did help, but it would be better if it was consistently fast across all of them. Good for general browsing and security though.

Great value, solid privacy

I was looking for a good deal on a VPN and found PersonalVPN. I opted for the 3-year plan, which gave a significant discount compared to paying monthly. The value for money is excellent. Setup was painless on my Mac. I've been using it for a few weeks now for general browsing and some work, and it's been rock solid. I did wish the initial payment confirmation was a bit quicker, but it arrived eventually.

Good VPN, setup was okay

I purchased the personalVPN Pro service for a 2-year plan. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though I had a minor hiccup with payment verification, which eventually went through. I primarily use it on my Mac and iPhone. The VPN for Mac app installed fine, and I got it running after following their guide. On iOS, it took a bit more fiddling to get the IKEv2 configuration just right. Speeds have been consistently good for general browsing and streaming, no major slowdowns. I did notice a slight delay when connecting sometimes, but it's not a dealbreaker. Support responded to my email about the iOS setup within a few hours, which was helpful.

Easy to use VPN

Got the personalVPN basic plan, just needed something simple for travel. It was super easy to get set up on my iPad. I used it for a recent trip and had no issues connecting or anything. It felt pretty fast too, no annoying buffering. The pricing for a year seemed fair. Just wish they had a slightly clearer 'cancel anytime' policy, but I found it eventually.
